Celery, blue cheese and salami salad

Ingredients
celery
apple
finely grated parmesan
fresh lambs lettuce
blue cheese
venison salami
Extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice walnuts
Salt and black pepper
Method
Chop the celery, slice the apple, and cut the salami into strips. Toast the chopped walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.
In a bowl, combine the grated parmesan and crumbled blue cheese. Add a good drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything to make a rich, tangy dressing.
Add the celery, apple, salami, and toasted walnuts to the bowl. Toss everything together until well coated.
Gently fold in the lamb’s lettuce just before serving.
