Venison Salami, Cherries & Goats Cheese Salad

Serves 6


Ingredients

1 pack of Venison Salami
1 log of goats cheese
Salad leaves
A handful of cherries, halved and stoned 4 figs, quartered
A handful of toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Balsamic vinegar Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper


Method

Season the salad leaves with the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and divide over 4 plates.

Cut the cheese into 4 circular discs and place each in the middle of the plate. You can also grill them briefly during this step to add some extra flavour and texture.

Next cut the salami slices into halves and scatter around the cheese and inbweteen the leaves.

To finish the salad prinkle over the cherries, figs and nuts and serve.
