Our Scottish Pork Salami which had been awarded one ⭐️ in the past picked up two gold stars this time and we are delighted with the judges comments🥂
“A good-looking salami with a great division of fat and meat, and a pleasing pink to the colour. There is a tantalising complexity to the nose, which works through a smoky meatiness to an almost citrus top note. It has a good chew, and one that delivers a packed flavour profile, coating the mouth and making this a great eating experience. The peppercorns are good quality, and whilst retaining their solidity, they are easy to eat and perfect with each slice. A well thought out and crafted product.”
