Dressing made with a fruity vinegar
This is really just an inspiration for a salad, substitute with other flavors if you want.
Drizzle the figs and brie with some honey and grill them very quickly to just brown them without the cheese to melt too much.
Toast the seeds and walnuts briefly in a hot pan.
Spread the salad leaves over the plate and place the salami, figs, and brie on top. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with brambles, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds.
