Venison Salami and Dunsyre Blue Salad with Pear

Serves: 4


6 slices of Venison Salami cut in quarters.
100 gram of Dunsyre Blue or other Blue cheese in cubes
1 pear sliced
salad leaves
Quince jelly
100 ml Apple juice
black pepper


Arrange the salad leaves, salami, cheese and pear on a plate
Heat the jelly slowly and add the apple juice to make a syrup, sprinkle over the salad with some black pepper and serve.
