Sharing charcuterie starter platter

1 pack of Venison Bresaola

1 pack of Green Pepper Venison Salami

6 figs quartered

tablespoon honey

salad leaves

150g of blue cheese crumbled

roughly chopped walnuts

fruity sweet dressing


Drizzle honey over the figs and bake them in a hot oven for 15 min and leave to cool.

Arrange the salad leaves, figs, salami and bresaola on a large plate.

Spread the crumbled blue cheese evenly over the salad.

Drizzle with the dressing and a sprinkle of walnut pieces.
