Breakfast Week 2015

Shake Up Your Wake Up!

You might have heard it is Breakfast Week, an annual celebration in the UK championing the importance of breakfast.

The purpose of the campaign is to raise awareness of the benefits of eating a healthy breakfast and to support farmers and producers.

A delicious platter with a selection of charcuterie, ham and cheese with a few pieces of fruit will look lovely on the breakfast table.

Over the last few years we have seen an increase in local B&B’s and guesthouses offering our charcuterie as part of their continental breakfast, offering variety and a more complex balance of flavours.

One of those companies is Distant Hills a local B&B. Peter McIntosh says; “We have been serving Venison Salami from Great Glen Charcuterie in our Scottish Speciality Platter for the last two years and are delighted to recommend it. Our guests love the unique flavour and appreciate knowing that the salami has been locally produced.

If you are a B&B, guesthouse or hotel and interested in offering our charcuterie to your guests as part of the breakfast menu please get in touch.
