I would like to share this simple recipe with you. We love nectarines as they are at their best just now and we used them in this delicious starter at the weekend.
The sweetness of the nectarines pairs really well with the saltiness of the Smoked Venison.
- packet of our Smoked Venison
- 2 ripe nectarines in thin slices
- salad leaves
- 2 tablespoons of quince jelly
Arrange the salad, smoked venison and salad on a plate. Heat the jelly in a small pan and drizzle over the salad and you have a delicious starter.
