Smoked Venison, Mozzarella and tomato starter
Packet of Smoked Venison
2 large tomatoes
2 balls of mozzarella
good olive oil
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella in even slices. Arrange the Smoked Venison, Tomatoes and Mozzarella on the plate. If the Smoked venison slices are large you might want to cut them in half.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle the Basil leaves on top. If you don’t have basil leaves, rocket salad will do too.
